We want you to love your Ori Haus pieces.

 

If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

Final sale items and intimates/shapewear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

 

To start a return, email hello@orihaus.com with your order number and reason.

We'll respond within 1 business day.

 

Exchanges are welcome and always handled with priority.
